Welcome to Muyfh. By using the service, you agree to these terms, the applicable page rules, and any clearly presented requirements for a feature. Please read them before registering or continuing to use the service. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant features.

Scope

These terms apply to Muyfh accounts, profiles, member discovery, interactions, messaging, verification, membership entitlements, and related support features. When a feature contains additional clear terms, those terms apply together with this document.

Eligibility

The service is only for people aged 18 or over who may lawfully use it. You must not register for a minor, use the service to approach a minor, or post inappropriate content involving minors. The platform may require reasonable age, safety, or authenticity checks.

Accounts and profiles

Registration and profile information must be lawful, substantially accurate, and not misleading. Keep editable details current. Protect your username, password, session, and verification codes, and do not transfer, lend, or impersonate an account. If you suspect unauthorised access, stop the affected activity and contact support promptly.

Avatars, album photos, and profile details are subject to review and visibility rules. Content that is pending, rejected, or unsuitable for public display may remain hidden. A real-person verification badge only indicates completion of the process used by the platform at that time. It is not a guarantee of identity, intent, character, or future conduct.

Acceptable use

The service is for lawful, personal communication. You must not engage in or assist with:

fraud, requests for money, unlawful trading, or other illegal activity;
harassment, stalking, threats, hateful attacks, coercion, or repeated contact after a refusal;
impersonation, deceptive profiles, or infringement of privacy, image, copyright, or other rights;
spam, bulk advertising, malicious redirection, or harmful links;
unauthorised scraping, copying, probing, circumvention, bots, or abusive automation;
interference with security controls, payment flows, moderation, usage limits, or normal operation.

Member content and interactions

You are responsible for the profiles, photos, messages, and other content you submit and must have the right to share them. The platform processes that content as needed to provide display, delivery, moderation, safety, and support functions. Do not expose another person's private information or pressure anyone to continue communicating.

Members decide whether to communicate or meet offline. The platform is not a party to personal relationships and does not guarantee promises, payment requests, or meeting arrangements made by a member. Never transfer money, pay on behalf of a stranger, or disclose passwords, verification codes, or complete payment credentials.

Moderation and enforcement

The platform may review profiles, media, or conduct using community rules, safety signals, reports, and necessary human judgment. It is not required or able to identify every issue before content appears. Suspected violations or high-risk activity may lead to a warning, content restriction or removal, feature limits, suspension, or account ban. Necessary safety and audit records may be retained.

Membership and paid features

Some features require an active membership entitlement. Current plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Prices, duration, available features, and payment status are those shown at purchase and in the corresponding order record. A payment return page alone does not activate an entitlement; activation depends on the payment result confirmed by the platform. You must not bypass payment or permission controls.

Changes and ending use

The platform may modify, pause, or discontinue a feature for security, maintenance, compliance, or product reasons, with reasonable information where practical. You may stop using the service and can contact support about deactivation or personal-information requests. Certain payment, security, dispute, and audit records may need to be retained under applicable requirements.

Responsibility and expectations

We take reasonable steps to operate the service and support community safety, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy in every member statement, or a particular interaction outcome. The platform does not guarantee a reply, a match, a partner, or a relationship. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
