Community Guidelines

Muyfh aims to provide adults with a genuine, respectful, and low-pressure place to communicate. Every member must follow these guidelines and take responsibility for their profile, content, and conduct.

Respect other people

Express interest politely and respect a decision not to reply, to decline, or to end contact. Do not insult, demean, harass, stalk, threaten, coerce, or repeatedly contact someone who has said no. Hateful attacks based on identity, background, or personal characteristics are prohibited, as is encouraging others to target or harm someone.

Be genuine

Use your own account and provide profile information and media that are substantially accurate and not misleading. Do not impersonate another person, steal photos, fake verification, exaggerate identity, or conceal facts in a way that creates serious deception. Real-person verification is an aid, not a promise by the platform about character, finances, or relationship outcomes.

No harassment or hateful conduct

Do not send degrading abuse, sexual harassment, threats, blackmail, or frightening content. Do not misuse messages, reports, likes, greetings, or another feature to apply continuing pressure. Sexual exploitation, grooming, or any other inappropriate content involving a minor is strictly prohibited. This community is only for users aged 18 or over.

No fraud or commercial harassment

Do not use romance, investment, loans, emergencies, shopping, promised returns, or another story to obtain money or property. Do not request transfers, verification codes, or payment credentials, and do not arrange unlawful trades. Spam, repetitive bulk messages, deceptive promotion, malicious off-platform redirection, and unsolicited commercial approaches are prohibited.

No unlawful or harmful content

Do not post or transmit illegal material, fraud, violent threats, explicit sexual content, privacy violations, or other harmful content. Do not upload photos, text, or works you have no right to use, or infringe copyright, image rights, or other lawful interests. Public profiles and media must not contain personal contact details, QR codes, or advertising.

Protect personal information

Do not expose another person's name, address, contact details, identity documents, workplace, financial information, private messages, or other private material without permission. Even in voluntary conversations, be careful with your own address, identity documents, bank details, passwords, and verification codes. Never pressure someone to provide sensitive information as proof of trust.

No abusive automation

Without authorisation, you must not scrape profiles in bulk, copy content, probe interfaces, bypass access restrictions, or use bots, scripts, or other automation for mass registration, browsing, interactions, or messages. Do not interfere with moderation, rate limits, payments, security, or permission controls.

Reporting and enforcement

If something appears unsafe, stop the interaction and use the available blocking or reporting tools. Reports must be honest and must not be used for retaliation or harassment. The platform may review reports, content, account state, and safety signals and may issue a warning, restrict or remove content, limit features, suspend use, or ban an account. The platform cannot identify every violation before it occurs, but will address reported risks within its capabilities and applicable rules.
