When submitting a request

State the issue category, the relevant account, and only the information necessary to investigate it. For an order issue, you may include the necessary order identifier shown by the website. Do not send a complete card number, security code, online-banking password, account password, or verification code. Privacy and account requests may require reasonable identity verification.

If anyone is in immediate physical danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services first. The support email is not an emergency response channel.
