Muyfh public information

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the information Muyfh processes to provide the service, why it is used, when necessary service providers are involved, and the requests available to users. Information should be handled only to the extent needed to operate features, protect the community, and meet applicable obligations.

Information we process

Depending on the features you use, the platform may process:

  • Account information, including username, gender, date of birth, a random public identifier, password hash, account status, and any email address you choose to bind and verify. Registration does not currently require a phone number or email address, and the platform does not store plain-text passwords.
  • Profile information, such as region, marital status, height, weight, personality, interests, preferences, and profile details you choose to provide.
  • Media and review information, including avatars, album photos, safely processed versions, file characteristics, review status, rejection reasons, and necessary processing records. Ordinary member media is not made public before it meets review requirements.
  • Interactions and communications, including greetings, member likes, photo likes, blocks, reports, notifications, and private messages, together with participating accounts, times, states, and content needed for the feature.
  • Verification information, including a real-person verification request, status, challenge, review result, and the verification materials and security records needed during review.
  • Membership and payment information, such as plan and order identifiers, amount, currency, order and entitlement status, necessary transaction identifiers returned by the payment provider, and processing times. Complete card security details are generally submitted directly to the payment provider rather than collected by the platform page.
  • Security and operational information, including login and request times, essential session cookies, rate-limit records, hashed network or browser signals, error and audit logs, and device or request information needed to prevent abuse.

How information is created

You provide some information when registering, completing a profile, uploading media, communicating, reporting, applying for verification, purchasing membership, or contacting support. Other records arise from use of the service, such as session activity, interaction times, order states, rate limits, and security logs. Review decisions about profiles, media, reports, or verification also create status and audit records.

How we use information

Information is used to:

  • create, verify, and protect accounts;
  • display eligible profiles and approved media;
  • provide discovery, interactions, private messages, notifications, blocks, and reports;
  • enforce membership entitlements, usage limits, and confirmed payment results;
  • support moderation, real-person verification, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security audits;
  • respond to account, safety, privacy, payment, and other support requests;
  • maintain service reliability and make necessary experience improvements.

Photos, content, and communications

Uploaded images are processed for file type, size, pixel limits, metadata, and other safety requirements, and may undergo automated risk screening and human review. Screening and verification assist decisions but cannot prove that a member or item is always genuine or safe. Private messages and interaction records must be processed for delivery, display, quota control, report handling, and abuse prevention. Do not place contact details in public profiles or send unnecessary identity documents, passwords, verification codes, or complete payment credentials through messages.

Verification and safety review

Real-person verification is optional at registration. If you apply, the platform processes the materials, challenge information, and review result needed for verification and human review. Verification materials are sensitive, should be accessed only by authorised personnel when necessary, and are handled under the established cleanup process. Necessary verification status, review, and security records may remain. A verification badge is not a guarantee of intent or future conduct.

Payment information

Membership payments are supported by an external payment provider. The platform sends information needed to create the payment process and receives the results needed to reconcile orders, payment state, and entitlements. A return page alone is not treated as proof that an entitlement is active. Payment, dispute, and related audit records may be retained for a necessary period to reconcile transactions, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations.

Cookies, device signals, and logs

The current service uses a first-party session cookie needed for login state and basic security, along with rate limits and hashed request signals used to identify unusual activity. The current website does not use advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles for advertising. You may manage cookies in your browser, but disabling an essential cookie can prevent login and protected features from working.

Sharing information

Selling personal information is not the platform's current business model. To complete a feature you request, information may be provided in a necessary and limited form to service providers supporting payment processing, basic technical operation, or media safety. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the platform, address fraud, or handle a dispute. Private messages, verification materials, and payment information should not be disclosed for unrelated purposes.

Retention

Retention depends on the feature, account status, security risk, and applicable obligations. Public profile information and ordinary media can be removed from display or deleted when no longer needed. Temporary media and verification materials that are no longer required are handled through cleanup processes. Orders, payment events, reports, bans, security records, and audit records may remain longer where needed for transaction reconciliation, disputes, abuse prevention, or applicable obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, information should be deleted, anonymised, or otherwise appropriately handled.

Accounts and individual rights

You can view or correct editable profile information where account features allow. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about the processing of your personal information. To request account deactivation or make a privacy request under the current service, contact support. Reasonable identity verification may be required. If payment, security, dispute, or legal obligations prevent immediate deletion of a record, the request will be handled within the applicable limits.

Information security

The platform uses reasonable measures such as access controls, password hashing, transport protection, input validation, review, and logging to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, or abuse. No online service can promise absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your verification codes and devices, and contact support if you notice suspicious account access or interactions.

Minors

The service is only for people aged 18 or over. Minors must not register or use it, and users must not submit inappropriate content involving a minor. Report any such concern immediately and stop interacting.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the service, processing practices, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be presented through the page or another appropriate channel where reasonably practical. Updated text applies from the effective time shown with it.
