This disclaimer explains risks that require your own judgment when using Muyfh and the reasonable boundaries of the platform's role. It applies together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.

Member profiles and interactions

Profiles, photos, and communications are mainly submitted by members. The platform uses reasonable measures such as profile or media review, report handling, real-person verification, and safety controls to reduce risk, but cannot guarantee that every profile, statement, identity, intention, or action will always be completely accurate. A review or verification marker is supporting information, not an endorsement of a member.

Members decide whom to contact, what to share, and whether to continue an interaction. The platform supplies discovery and communication tools. It is not a party to relationships, promises, loans, investments, trades, or other arrangements between members. It does not guarantee a response, a match, a partner, or any particular relationship outcome.

Financial and offline safety

Never transfer money, pay on behalf of a stranger, or provide card security details, passwords, or verification codes. Stop and verify independently if someone asks for payment because of an investment, an emergency, promised returns, or another urgent story. Meet in a public place, tell a trusted person, arrange your own transport, and leave immediately if you feel unsafe. You remain responsible for your own communication and meeting decisions.

Service availability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but networks, devices, maintenance, security events, payment or other external services, and circumstances outside reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions, delays, or display errors. The platform cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, although known issues will be addressed within reasonable limits.

External services and links

Payment functions or page links may involve independent external services. Those services are operated by their respective providers, and you should review their applicable information and use care. Providing a necessary connection or link does not make the platform responsible for every act of an external service.

Legal boundary

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, and it does not remove rights available under applicable law. If you encounter fraud, harassment, or a safety concern, stop contact, block, and report it. Contact local law enforcement or emergency services if there is immediate danger.
